Default Egg Donation in South Africa #10

@Sylvian, I have elevated NK cells and it was determined by an endometrial biopsy at around day 20 of my cycle. This is somewhat like a Pap smear but unfortunately a bit more painful. Quick though. My FS did the test after my first failed IVF, along with many others (14 vials of blood were taken!). It's not one of the tests that CFC requests and most FS's here wouldn't do it either. There's a select few as far as I can tell really. Not sure what state you're in but someone might be able to advise.

I have to second that. I went with a 23 year old smoker as she ticked all the other boxes for me and we are now pregnant with twins on our first go. I must admit I was hesitant but it sounds weird I just felt like I had to "give her a go". Everyone needs to start somewhere and I thought it may as well be me!

On the 5th... I'm almost through a 2 week stint of DH being in Amsterdam... looking after 2 Kelpies, a teething baby and 2 cats, it's has been exhausting! Will think about packing when he's back.

Teething bubba's are hard exhausting work @emski72! I really feel for you hun and of course E too!! Gosh you're so close now to flying out aren't you. As I'm sure you've heard every-one say, Singapore Airlines are great with littlies. And E is such a great age for a long haul flight.
Ladies, did you all use ICSI with either your partner or donor sperm?

Question re the time difference. Say transfer is in Cape Town Friday at noon, exactly 5 days before that would be 8pm Sunday night in QLD with the 8 hour time difference. They just say to take the gestone on the 20th and transfer will be the 25th. I always thought it had to be EXACTLY 5 days before transfer that you need to start the progesterone ?? Or does the 8 hour difference not matter too much.. ?
