    Default Jetstar domestic seating help?!

    The airlines block off rows of seats for families and that's why the plane looks like it is full already. You could phone them or Just speak to the staff when you get to the airport and they will fix it- don't worry, get there as early as you can, (2 hours before is good)

    If this doesn't work there are always good natured people on board who are more than happy to swap seats so your children don't have to sit alone.

    You should be able to be change your seating. There will be lots of people flying who have not chosen a seat, and they have been randomly assigned- these people can get moved about without issue.

    I just called them and they said there's nothing they can do.

    This is my fault because somehow I managed to choose and pay for these seats, no idea what to do now. They can't sit by themselves.

    Call someone else tomorrow. If you get the same answer you are going to have to rebook.

    I'm pretty sure it's illegal for them to board you like that.

    I work for an an airline and frequently their system splits me from my toddlers. They rearrange my seating at the gate every time.

    They have to change it. It's their duty of care.

    They may charge u for it, but they HAVE to have the kids seated with their parents.

    Im sure once you check in at the airport the check in staff will be able to assist you.

    I'm sure you will be seated together but I'm also sure they won't miss an opportunity to charge you for it. Don't stress, just talk to them at service desk.
