Default A question for leggings wearers (as pants)

What do you wear with them?

I randomly bought some Black Milk matte leggings, even though I normally don't wear leggings, just because I thought they might be handy and open up a few new style options for me.

What are your favourite things to team with leggings - dresses? Long tops?

    Share pics if you're brave

Just need some inspiration. I refuse to wear a short top with them.

I don't think leggings should ever be worn as pants, but I often put them under short dresses or long tops.

I think leggings can look great under a cute dress.

This is how I'll be wearing them! Doesn't seem like this is the golden rule anymore though - celebrities are particularly guilty of the leggings as pants deal. Even crop tops with leggings

I wear them as pants. I wear longer tops with them or a shorter top with longer cardigan..... but my bum isn't always fully covered. They're not the see through type where you can see my knickers. They are the proper type that can pass as pants. They're the same tightness/effect as my workpants and jeans (both skinny legs) so I dont see the difference.

Im wearing tights with a longer top to work right now actually.

Long tops, jumpers, cardis - must be long enough to cover the crotch! I'll often wear them with a top, scarf and then a waterfall cardi that comes to mid-thigh. Ankle-high boots that are kind of soft/slouchy work really well.
