    My positive is to go to the gym and/or ride my bike at least 3 times a week. I did a 14km ride (with DD on the back) today so think I am doing well on the positives.

    My sacrifice will be to cut back the chocolate. Even on an anonymous forum I won't mention how much I actually eat, but I did reduce it quite a bit today.

    How is everyone going?

    Some days have been good others not so much (particularly the weekend). This week has been better though, earlier nights and eating healthier.

    Not so good today, but made it to the gym yesterday for the first time in over a month. I managed a spin class, but forgot my socks and somehow managed to wear my leggings back to front (thankfully it is fairly dark in the class and hopefully no one noticed).

    and so far no bike ride, but plan to for thursday or friday.


    I have this absolutely kick-@ss dress to wear to my sisters wedding in November, so I have the motivation to do it for that.

    I WILL do this. I have before and I will again.

    Haha....I am sure everyone was focused on just getting through the class (or like me in a spin class....not dying) and wouldn't have noticed your leggings!

    I have also struggled a bit. I was sick Monday/Tuesday with a virus that made me lightheaded and nauseous.....I basically lived on plain carbs for 2 days so no fruits. I have also been craving sugar again.

    Back on the bandwagon tomorrow!
