Default Anyone up for a challenge? One sacrifice and one positive change for a month...

What a great idea! I'm in too! I will sacrifice chocolate, cakes, ice cream etc. I eat way too much of it at the moment! My positive change will be aiming to drink 2L of water a day also. I'm terrible at it!

I'm excited to have some others join in!

How is everyone going? I am going okay. I am amazed at how much better I feel when I eat fruit and veges - I shouldn't be as obviously I know how good they are for me, but I already feel less bloated. Tonight will be a challenge with no sugary food - DH and I usually watch the footy and share some ice cream or chocolate on a Friday night. Need to come up with an alternative plan I think!

I am actually not starting until next week though.

DD is still on school holidays, so I cant get out and do exercise etc.

But I have cut out the junk food bit already

School holidays still? VIC schools are back already - must be different depending on the state you are in. Sounds like you have a good plan though!

I'm going ok. First night in bed at 11.30 and second night at 11.45. I'm happy with that to start with.

I think I'll try to eat more fruit. I was going well a month ago then go back into the habit of buying chocolate so ate that instead! So no more buying chocolate and will try eat more fruit.

What time do you get up in the morning? I can't imagine going to bed that late - I wouldn't function!

Not before 7.30am. Usually between 8-9am on a uni day and probably later on other days if ds lets me.

    I'd love to join too!
Sacrifice - refined sugar (I actually started this yesterday, and the headache is just starting to kick in).
Positive Change - 2L water per day - this is something I find really hard, but I know it'll help the sugar headache!
    Good luck everyone!
