    Default what should be my focus on my fitness and pregnancy

    just wondering before I fell preg my focus was on loosing weight but of course I can't do that now so now what should be my focus now on pregnancy and fitness I go to the gym 6 days a week but may drop down to 5 days I do bootcamp and classes and a pt once a fortnight just asking for advice what my focus she be now

    A lot probably depends on how overweight you are. You can still eat well and exercise. If you eat about 1800 - 2000 calories a day and still lose weight, this might actually still be fine and even healthy when pregnant - but it depends on your current size.

    If your weight puts you at increased risk of GD, hypertension, PE etc - then bringing your weight down in a healthy manner when pregnant can be beneficial for both you and bub
