    How is everyone going today?

Does anyone have any dinner ideas?? That the kids will eat as well! I'm getting bored of the same old, same old.

I had my weigh in day today - 2kg lost this week!

So far today, so good. I slept in so I had Coffee, green smoothie and yoghurt with banana for breakfast around 10am

Roasted cauliflower and yellow split pea soup for lunch with 1 piece of wholemeal bread.

Will have another coffee with banana and yoghurt for afternoon tea.

Not sure what to have for dinner. Probably going to have scrambled eggs, mashed potato and steamed vegetables. Still on soft food post wisdom tooth removal.

    Hi all!

Forgot to update with my progression yesterday. I've lost another kilo this week so I'm down 7.4kg since start

That's nearly 9% of my weight gone! Can't believe it

Another 1.6kg to go and I'll be back to pre pregnancy weight. Bub is 10 wo so very pleased.

And then I'll need to shift another 10kg to get to goal. Can't wait and I'm actually enjoying the journey.

Tonight for dinner we'll have zucchini soup if that helps for inspiration!

Hi. Busy day here. Still on track and looking forward to a positive weigh in on Saturday morning.

We are a bit boring with dinners here @cherilee. I tend to repeat tried & tested favourites over & over if I find one that is well received and is filling and nutritious. Some of our favourites are:

    Home made rissoles with veggies
"Fried rice" with chicken (not really fried but same style of ingredients)
Chicken breast baked in tomato pasta sauce, with sides of veg
Tuna or salmon patties, with veg
    Noodles with stir fry veg
    Traditional roast but low fat
    Chicken kebabs, rice, & veg
    Warm lamb/chicken salad
Roast veggies with Moroccan seasoning and cous cous
    Risotto
Steak n baked potato & veg
    Omelette

    Tonight we had beef casserole.

    What's everyone else been having?

What have we been having this week?

    Pumpkin soup
    beef casserole
    mince and veg bolognese
    pesto chicken and veg

Today I am finally back down to where I was before I put on a bit. Was hoping to break new ground today, but that will have to wait. Just hope that the scales won't bounce tomorrow or I'll be a bit discouraged.

    Beautiful sunny day.

Great to hear of all the losses so far!

Thank you for the dinner ideas guys

I have been going a week now, but we don't have scales (due to an eating disorder in the household, when she is here), so I'm hoping it is working!

I ate well every day, still have pro-points left over and had 20 exercise points all up. So I guess as I can't weight myself I will take that as well done.

I now have two days off exercise! I need it as my legs are rather sore

Well done on the weight losses everyone

End of the 5th day and I have only used 2 points out of my weekly allowance. So far so good.

Weekends are tough at the best of times, but worse now as DH has just gone away for work for a few weeks, so very tempting to eat rubbish to fill in the nights when DD is asleep and I'm on my own.

When I wasn't studying I used to just go to bed early to avoid consuming extra calories at night!

    Sounds like you're doing well.

Weighed-in at home yesterday and I lost 1.4kg for the week. It seems to have slowed down a bit now, but I don't mind as long as it keeps going. Only 3.8kg away from where I want to be by Christmas holidays and will work on the last five next year.
