Hi ladies, I started on Saturday which was a sily day to start as I had a kids party! Stuck to my points on Sunday, but yesterday I had my wisdom tooth out so at lots of ice cream and custard. I have eaten half my weekly Pp so far, So I am back on track today and am hoping to keep to it.
I never realised how often I snack without thinking until I had to fast yesterday, the amount of times I almost had a couple of nuts, the kids leftovers, cake batter, smarties that we give to DD for toilet training. I'm hoping that tracking will make me be more aware of how much I'm consuming.
I am still breastfeeding my 9 month old and I get 38 pro points a day,
