So funny you have posted this as today at 4 I hit the afternoon slump when I'd normally eat sugar or bread to get more energy. Today I decided to try something new- my kids and I we put the stereo on loud and danced around the lounge, and I downed 4 big glasses of water.

    Winning!

The spicy Lentil Soup on the ww site is yum, I have some of that frozen as well. I think it is 7pp and that includes one piece of toast.
Yes, it was Coles for $2.90. They didn't seem to have the full range at our Coles here though. I think there was only the option of 4 or 5.

I'll check my Coles tomorrow! At that price I'd be happy to stock up a little 😁

First day today. I've used all my points. Normally I would have a 'snack' before bed, but will try and give it a miss.

    How is everyone else going?

First days are always the hardest. Well done!!

To keep me away from snacking I usually have a peppermint (fills me up) then I brush my teeth. Nothing taste good after toothpaste 😋

I'm doing really well and I expect a good loss tomorrow morning and my online weekly WI. 😁

I find that when I'm on a roll I don't tend to have cravings, but when you have a taste of something then I tend to want it again, so I just don't.

Today has been good - have kept on the straight and narrow. Have also drunk a lot more water - I love how the warmer weather helps with that. Scales balanced back down a bit today which was a relief. I just hope that they go back down to where I was a month ago and then keep on going from there.

Not sure what to do tomorrow for exercise as it usually doesn't fit in. I think if I start making head-way in the weight-loss area again I'll feel a lot better about other areas in my life that are stressing me out big time or getting me down. I can feel my anxiety all the time at the moment, particularly when I go to bed at night.
Maybe it's a control thing and liking to have control over different parts of my life and there's too many that are out of my control at the moment that is making me a little anxious.

My goal - currently 64.9kg and needing to get to at least 60 by summer to fit into my swimmers! Ultimate goal is to lose another 5kg after that to fit into my "normal" clothes...that I haven't worn for a few years.

Ended up on 35 points yesterday. In the afternoon my children were really driving me insane and I couldn't just leave and take a break so I had a chocolate muffin instead.
I took the extra from my exercise points because I walked 40 minutes and biked 10 yesterday.

    Breakfast today:
Potato & veggie hash, egg, soy latte.

I'm very similar! If my kids drive me mad or my DP and I have a disagreement I just want to eat.

I went over my points yesterday as well. I ended up with 29 (my allowance is 26). I still had 30 of my weeklies so I just took if from them and I have 10 exercise ones sitting there as well. My week stats again on a Thursday.

I wish I ate eggs! Everyone says they fill them up so well.
