I haven't seen anything new either.

I'm away for work this week so I'm not really tracking. There aren't too many good food options in remote Queensland.

-1.7kg at WI last night. Wooooooot!!!

I got a little key ring for achieving 10% loss.

Had a long talk with my leader about adjusting my goal weight. I'm already in the healthy weight range so I could up my goal weight and become a lifetime member...!
Not having to pay for meetings is appealing 😊

Hi ladies, I'm thinking about joining weight watchers as I just can't seem to stay motivated on my own. I've got 11kgs to lose to get back to pre pregnancy weight but I'd like to lose an additional 5 on top. My DD is 4.5 months and I'm breastfeeding so just not sure you can do it while BF? Assume you can but I can't seem to find much info about it....?

You can join while breastfeeding, they just give you more daily points

Great weight loss. Seems a good idea changing your goal weight.

My goal weight was set at 71kg, the highest weight in my healthy weight range. By the end of my 6 weeks maintenance, I was down to 68kgs

You can start as early as you want post pregnancy. I went back to it when Bub was 1mo. Just to try and get in the right head space.
Anyway when Bub is filling breastfed you get tons of extra points so it's a great time to join
