That would be perfect. I don't like how WW pushes you to go for fat free products or products full of aspartame.
Personally I follow the program but only using full fat products and no diet gimmicks 😁

I think the best thing about WW is that you can eat what you like but just have to stay within your points

Me too! Though I've bought those toffee bars a couple times to keep me away from ice cream at night. Terrible pregnancy habit I've yet to break. I was never a dessert person before...

Yes I know but at the same time it encourages people to go for naughty diet treat rather than wholesome food IYKWIM?

Yes I know. I'm that person. I wouldn't stick to a dirt if I couldn't eat sweet foods, that's why weight watchers appeals to me.

Skipped my weigh in today. DH has the car so it would have been a pain to get their with bubs, but it was possible.

Truthfully I ate way too much over the long weekend.

    And we begin again.

    Default Weight watchers

    Well done lil smurfy

I just started this week :-) I did weight watchers 9 years ago and lost a lot of weight so I'm hoping it will be successful for me again. I had my second child five months ago and I'm the heaviest I've ever been.

Well done for starting WW again. My DD is also my second child and 5mo too. I also was at the heaviest I had ever been. That's a wake up call
I refuse to even entertain the idea of a third child until Im back to my pre kids weight... 8 kgs to go

How do you guys find "My Day"? The new WW tracker?
