Is it risky to untick the BF box? I think they issue is too few calories if you're also trying to make milk.
Why don't you tick the part feeding box? For when bubs are on solids too?

Gives you 7 extra PP instead of the 14.

I went to weight watchers, got to goal and stayed there for 10 years, until I fell pregnant. I went back to weight watchers in April. I was 1.6kgs above my goal weight, but had 5kgs that I wanted to lose. It's been s very slow ride, but I've got 0.9kgs to go.
I struggle so much to stick to my points. I know if I track religiously, I can lose weight, I just lack motivation

Well done for doing the hard yards. Yes it is hard. Do you find you are hungry? Or that the foods you naturally want to eat are not weight loss friendly? Or is it portion control?

I know I find it challenging thinking of what to cook so everyone is happy- hubbie, 6&7 year olds, and baby. Does my head in!

I have decided to give the meetings a go starting Wednesday.

Anyone know if babies are allowed? Or does it depend on the leader. I can only go midweek when DH is at work.

I get hungry and want foods that are bad form me. The company I work for has a constant supply of biscuits in the kitchen, and I have no willpower

Registered for unlimited - feeling hopeful this keeps me much more accountable. First meeting is Wednesday morning. Hoping my MIL can watch the baby, else he'll be coming along in the carrier. Hope they don't mind.

I took my 4mo daughter to a meeting the other day and let's just say that she stole the show!! Lol

No one was listening to the leader anymore but cooing at the baby 😋

You'll be fine, it's very casual and there's a lot of new mums trying to shave the weight

I used to take my DS all of the time. No one was phased at all. Good luck on Wednesday.
