I'm still doing WW online (sort of). I am pretty lazy with tracking though.
I don't have scales, but it is doing something.....my skinny jeans are no longer skinny and I can fit some clothes I bought last Christmas that I couldn't fit when I bought.
I have found a really good youtube exercise channel so I'm doing that 4 times per week (sometimes more).
I have found if I exercise I eat better as I don't want to have done all that exercise for nothing
