I have had a pretty good week with an average week end (3 parties and lot of champagne, cheese, bread and cakes. Ooops!!)

Official Weight Watchers WI is tomorrow and I'm gearing up for a great loss (over 1kg).
So happy as it would mean back to pre pregnancy weight and back to normal weight range as opposed to overweight 😊

So I'm annoyed at myself. I was going so well. On Tues I had a sneaky weigh in and I was 500g down now. Then last night I had a blow out and ate three slices of fresh bread and some dark chocolate. 1kg gain today on my proper weigh in day plus I feel bloated and yuck 😔

Surely these 3 pieces of bread and chocolate wouldn't amount to +1.5kg
Water retention? Have you drunk enough? Maybe too much salt in your diet in the past days? Or that time of the month?

I had my finale WI yesterday and lost 1.1kg this week. Im over the moon as I reached my 10% goal!! 🎉

-8.5kg lost since start, I'm back at pre pregnancy weight and my darling baby isn't even 3mo.

Huge contrast vs my first baby. I wasn't even at pre pregnancy weight at his first bday 😳

So now I have another 10kg to shift and I'll be back to my pre children weight.

I've suspended my WW account as we are leaving tonight on our annual trip to France. My plan is to maintain.
Im very committed not to gain. Usually I let it all go during the holiday and put on 1kg a week...

But not this time. I'm going back to enjoy quality time with the family not to stuff my face and go back to the overweight zone.

Wish me luck ladies!! I hope this thread will help me stay on track

Hope you enjoy your trip and are happy with how you've gone weight-wise when you return.
Must be a great feeling to have reached your first goal.

2.7kg til I can whip out those swimming trunks!

    How's everyone going??

I am back from France! Been back for 2 weeks but only just getting back on track diet wise.

I put on 1.5kg while on holiday. Not ideal but not terrible either. As long as I tackle it straight away it won't matter in the long run.

Hopefully I'm back to my pre holiday weight by next WI.

Would love to hear from everyone else!!

Welcome home. Ummmm I've been doing big fat nothing about my weight! It seems like such a big hill to climb!

Oh I know how you feel. It can be so hard to get into the right head space, especially when the path in front of us seems soooo long.

I spoke to a WW coach about it and she advised to take it one meal at a time and focus on the process.
ie I want to eat healthy to be a good role model for my kids. She also gave me some menus to follow so I didn't have to think about what to eat.

Fake it till you make it!

    Hey ladies!!

I'm a very long time subscriber to WW online, but have barely tacked in years. (Their best kind of customer...)

Started when I had 5 kilos to lose to get to my goal weight. Now it's closer to 12/13 post baby.

    Mind if I join?

Also curious, do most track online or attend a meeting? I've been toying with the idea of attending meetings as I think I'd be more diligent knowing a weigh in was coming.

    Cheers!
