    Hey Jo,

Sorry, but i couldn't really understand what's going on from your post, i think you were too angry and upset to get your point across....

I know that you are on TF though cause of other threads i have read, so i just wanted to say, good for you for not reaching into thef fridge. Is there any way you can get out for a walk, is EJ feeling better?

I know it's hard when you just get so angry and frustrated, i am trying to deal with anger too.

Jo, I'm sorry I didn't see your thread!
Are you feeling better today? I hate feeling angry too, but good on you for hopping on here instead of going to that evil appliance disguised as a fridge!

cheers sarah, i think it,s better popping on here to, to have a rant, as the pressure of life can get hectic on occasions..hey! some days are just shocking but ya get through and think well there are worse things that could be happening! but in the middle of a argument you just want to scream...lol so instead i think punching the keys with my fingers is a better option for everyone....jo
