Default Dehydration in early preg. Tips?

Hi there, I am soooooo dehydrated from morning all day sickness and I can't have water as it sets it off really bad. Is there anything I can take to help ? Or alternate drinks? Unfortunatly coke is the only thing I can stomach . Not sure if it's the bubbles or the flavour. Help!

You could try hydra lite from the chemist they have a few things in their range for dehydration

Is hydralite safe in pregnancy? If so that would work.
I thought about watered down coke. Might try that tomorrow

Yes apparently they are and I just read ladies eating ice blocks made out of cordial, they were able to keep it down
Try the watered down coke too
    Good luck

I lived on mineral water or soda water. I was told to drink hydralyte for dehydration when i was 16 weeks. try popsicles too like the lemonade flavour or make your own with low sugar flavoured soda waters

I know I'm not drinking enough so have been trying to drink a lot more. Agreed, water doesn't sit well with me either. I bought honey, lemon and ginger cordial the other day and made it really weak with soda water and it was like magic! It stopped me feeling sick! And because I made it so weak it wasn't too sweet either
