Hi all, I'm 22 and newly pregnant (about 4 weeks, found out yesterday) with my second baby. I am really, really concerned about weight gain, as in my first pregnancy at 17, I gained 30kgs and it's taken me 4 years to lose 15 of those. This pregnancy came earlier than expected as I thought I was having fertility issues and that it would take a long time to conceive. Last month I signed up to a gym and planned out this whole intense workout routine to reach my goal of becoming very fit, toned and defined. So now plans have changed, and I'm looking for advice on what workouts I can do through my pregnancy to keep my weight gain down and still be able to tone up. Any advice on what to eat and what to avoid would be really helpful!
