A set of box jumps and I was nearly puking on the gym floor (that was normally just a warm up!).

He's going to know something is up, so I guess your options are to fess up and make him swear to secrecy, or fake some kind of illness... Maybe avoid training for a few weeks? You really must listen to your body either way, if something doesn't feel right, don't push it...
Right?!?! I know I have to listen to my body, I've been a bit sick lately (flu) so I can use that for a while but I don't know what to do afterwards...
We just don't want to tell anyone yet!

Well that was an interesting sesh! I was huffing and puffing thru things that are normally a walk in the park. Felt a bit of a strain in my abdomen doing over head presses with kettle bells so told him I had to stop 😕

Good on you for at least trying! Look forward to seeing how you handle the situation, I would be useless and not be able to keep a secret at all 😂

Not much happening in the fitness dpt for me I am currently battling the head cold from hell on top of my persistent nausea. Probably going to have cereal for dinner again tonight it's the only thing I feel like eating (actually would rather eat nothing, but that only makes me feel more sick).
Hoping in another couple weeks I will be back to healthy eating and regular jogging. Pretty sure MS eased off around 10 weeks last time so hope it's similar this time...

How is everyone going with their bid to stay fit? 😊
I've been so nauseated lately it's been hard to do much. But today I forced myself to do an hour of yoga then later swim 2km and I have to say I feel a lot better for it.
I'm also going to start doing some short workouts at home - things like squats, push-ups, lunges etc as I've been neglecting this type of exercise the past few weeks. I did a heap of squats the other day and my legs are still a little sore... Wtf..? They are normally easy for me!

It's amazing how quickly the body forgets!!

I've done an aerobics class this week but reluctant to train with the brother in law. Might do a sesh with him on Friday. I told him that I had really low blood pressure and I was anemic that's why I have been off lately. Little white lie!

Pretty good this week. 2x cardio sessions, 2x body pump at normal pre pregnancy weights and 1x body balance. Plus the usual busyness of kids and housework.

    Now to keep this up!

Really badly.. lol. I've managed a few home yoga/pilates sessions but only short ones. I haven't been for a walk for a couple of weeks! 25+4 today so it's still not too late to get a bit more active. I've actually been thinking of starting morning walks again because I can get up and get my exercise done first thing in the morning.
