Nope! I'm in Mt Coolum, soon moving to Yaroomba. It's a nice part of the world - I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I'm still training twice a week and trying to get some walks in too to get buba to engage - 38+2 today.
Definitely listening to my body a bit more these days, can't handle as much as k would like!

I think that's the best approach - no point pushing it now. Your body will tell you if you're doing too much. I had sore legs going into labor with DS as I did some crazy stuff trying to go into labor as he was overdue. I regretted it immensely. I had a very long labor and my legs were sore before I'd even begun.

I actually think I've gained less weight doing less than last time and look and feel much better. I put it down to lots of yoga, I really think it's helped me so much. I think my diet is better too. It's far from perfect, but I haven't really changed it much from non pregnant.

I am looking forward to getting out running again. I won't attempt until 6 wks after birth though.

Being this is our first I don't have anything to compare it too but I'm glad I've listened to my body and I've put on about 12 kilos which at 38 weeks I'm really happy with.

Like you I can't wait to get back into training again but will wait until the all clear from the doc

On the coast and the sea breezes (well lets be honest this week its windy!) has helped give me a little more energy.

Walked to the local markets this morning. Then to lunch and then to dinner and back. Including a beach/sand walk.

Oh and a swim in the pool.

Hi girls. I realise this is an older post but wondering if anyone discovered great maternity tights for the gym they can recommend? Starting back again after the MS and migraines are finally gone (knock on wood!) and at 20 weeks I've realised my old ones just won't work. My favourite Nike pairs are too tight around my belly and dig in uncomfortably. I tried to fold them down so they sit under my bump but then they are too low to do squats etc in. My Lorna Jane ones keep falling down which is just as annoying.

Any tried and tested brands would be greatly appreciated!! I just don't have the patience to buy randomly and have them not do the job!

    Thanks so much!

Baby bunting are now stocking 2XU pre & post pregnancy skins. I haven't tried them but thinking of getting a pair.

No longer pregnant but I had trouble finding any when I was. Ended up just using older LJ ones I had that were loose enough to fold down and wear under bump. Was just going to go to big w and get some cheap ones in a bigger size if not. I did find some online but they were really expensive and I couldn't justify it for such a short period of time (ditto for exercise tops, wasn't going to spend $80 on something I would only wear a few months). I think most people can get away with regular exercise clothes in loose styles/ larger size than normal.

Also of you wear a form belly band over your rolled down tights that will help keep them up. I found a good one on queen bee.
