I recently followed a lady on Instagram who ran right through her pregnancy. Inspirational!

I hope you don't get RLP. It's like a bad stitch on the side of your uterus caused by your round ligaments stretching. There's nothing you can do about it, but it does go away when you rest. Some people get it, others don't, I am the former 😣

How is everyone going this week? Went for a hike up the mountain again this morning, followed by a swim at the beach. Was home by 6:45am and DH and DS were both still asleep 😂. One of the good things about a 4:30am sunrise is plenty of time to do stuff before work, when my DH is home that is.

I also swam 2km yesterday and went for a 4k walk in the afternoon. Feeling pretty good just listening to my body and resting when I need to.

It's funny I was in the gym a lot more last pregnancy but I feel better this time round and haven't gained as much weight and I am doing less. I think it's got a lot to do with diet and also recognising when I need to rest, so I can put in the effort when my energy allows.

Really missing yoga, my teacher is on holidays so I need to try do some of my own routines at home.

Been eating super healthy and also been swimming. 5weeks now and haven't gained anything yet. I'm staying with my family for Christmas and my dad was diagnosed with diabetes early this year (he has now reversed it) so I'm getting super healthy home cooked food
