I thought I'd start a thread for all those that, like me, want to stay fit throughout their pregnancy. Any tips you want to share, healthy snack ideas, exercise links, etc.
whilst I didn't gain excessive weight with my first pregnancy (and lost it all in less than 6 months after birth), I want to try even harder this time to keep up my fitness and healthy eating during each trimester. In a sensible way, of course.
Trimester one and I am struggling with healthy food choices. I'm normally a poached eggs for breaky type person but finding I want plain carbs. Similar story with other meals, salad has lost its appeal!
Went for my usual 4km run yesterday and struggled - normally it's super easy. These hormones are doing crazy things to me.
