    Default Misunderstood Movie References/Lines

I loved Grease as a child and have probably watched it over 100 times. I have only just found out that when Kinnickey and Rizzo were making out in the back of the car and he showed her his '25 cent insurance policy' this was in fact.... A condom!!!!! Did anyone else know this???

I generally thought it was a car insurance policy and was why Kinnicky was so upset when that mean guy backed into him... His insurance policy had just broken...

    Feeling pretty dumb now lol

Oh and when Terminator 2 says 'Hasta La Vista...baby' I always thought it was 'I still love Easter...baby'

Has anyone else completely misinterpreted a movie or even a song in this way???

My old housemate thought the Mental as Anything's song ... "and the nips were getting bigger" was "and her tits were getting bigger".

She used to sing it really loud. She'd never thought to question why they singing talking about boobs. So funny.

OK.. So until now I too thought it was a boob reference. Nips aka nipples.. I never really actually listened to the lyrics except for that one line. I just googled the lyrics and now it all makes sense! They are talking about drinking on their own and the drinks are being poured bigger and bigger...

    I see.

And yeah even when I watched grease as a kid I knew what he meant.

Lol @A-Squared I had a friend who thought it was 'three legged goat'!! Makes even less sense than a three day grope
