Haha @Jadette - not the dreaded Google machine! I'm the worst at madly searching away on there!

I did the Colorado protocol last cycle and I'm doing it again at the moment, so if you have any questions, fire away!

@Tanej78 Colarado protocol is a whole lot of meds thrown into the cycle for immunity issues. Although I apparently seem don't have any it can help with implantation failure due to issues that aren't picked up in tests. I think! @freakedout44 what do the intralipids involve? Drip I think I read?

    Hey @Jadette.

Yep- for the intralipids you have an IV drip put in the back of your hand and wait 2 hours (take a book and make sure you pee right before you go in!)

    It's administered around 7 - 14 days before transfer.

It's actually really quite easy in the scheme of IVF things.

@Jk565 if you have success you do need to do another treatment.

Wowsers this Colorado thing sounds pretty intense. Is that only followed on a stim cycle or a fet cycle? I wish I could stop googling but I think I'm doomed to continue.

Btw I just had the scratch. It's technically a endometrium biopsy. Not a pleasant procedure however it has been shown to improve implantation apparently.

Default Anyone still trying for Bub number one after multiple failed cycles

@Caesardust - Colorado can be used for stim and fet cycles. It's not too bad - the clexane injections are the worst but I think - and the dexo makes me eat soooo much!

Hope the biopsy works for you - I HATED getting that done when they tested for NK Cells.

Has anyone here had LIT treatment?
