Haha i know it's horrible. The good news is it can be avoided by continuing to eat like i did when i was pregnant. Except I've been totally bad with my food choices lately. I need to get back on the healthy food, I've already put on 4kg and i hate myself for it 😯
And really what i was eating while pregnant was easy to do. I'm just loving soft serve, white bread and take away too much.
Will ease back onto the gd type diet slowly and treat myself to takeaway once a week i think.
I know it'll be easier when i go back to work in feb.
