This is my almost 4yr old ds's room. Have a wander through Kmart. So many cool little pieces around now. You'll be surprised how much a new doona and a few little knick knacks can change a room.

    Sorry for my slow response.

The girl is 5 and the boy is 3.

We were thinking of not doing a 'theme' as such so they don't grow out of it quickly.

I did DDs this year. She's 4. Bed is from ikea, quilt eBay and decal etsy. I bought the prints on holiday a while ago and they were framed for about $20 each.

    F.

I am a bit stuck for DD. I bought a cot for dd and it has diamonds on it 😜 well she's the EXACT opposite. DH won't let me sell it (even though I'd probably get good money back as its gro time). I wanted to buy a single bed. She loves dinosaurs etc... And my son seems to love dressing up.

Pinterest really is good. I always look at home decor stuff on there. It's just really good for ideas...things like how to make a gallery wall, what colours go well together, how to style furniture. Definitely check it out.
my 2 favourites are wall decals( easily removed without ruining paint) and buying cheap blank canvas and covering them with fabric from spotlight. Cheap and easy.will see if I can manage to attach some pics of what I have made

How much would you pay for wall stickers? I found some for $40, I think that's wayyyy to much

I paid $9 for the hot wheels decals but if you go on eBay you can find tonnes of decals ranging in sizes if your not looking for character brand ones.
