I turned the shadow boxes into fairy houses for my DD's fairy doors. We put some fake grass in the bottom, popped some little roses in, used craft paper to line the walls. The girls love to change them around. I stuck them to the walls with the 3M double sided velcro, so they are at kid height and easy to change around/play with. Here they are when they were a work in progress. Last week DD1 lost a tooth and she set up her fairy house and left a note for the tooth fairy and the tooth fairy left her a note back (on the tiniest paper I could find) saying how much she loved the house and the flowers in the garden.

They are gorgeous! Thank you, what a beautiful idea ☺️

Default **spin off** Kmart appreciation thread

Yay! Looky at what I've got in my hot little hands.....$15! Being made out of wood, I'd say this'd probably last her her whole childhood 👍🏼 I've been buying a few little toys and accessories for my Miss Three.....can't wait to fill it all up and then see her face when we get her to start opening each one.....😃👧🏼

I got the same one. its gorgeous isnt it. I've been buying little bits and pieces to put in it. I've got some hair clips, little candy canes, jelly beans, chocolate coins, macaron erasers, bouncy balls. Am on the hunt for a few more things.

My Miss Three is obsessed with them, I don't know where she learnt about them as I didn't even know what they were ....she had to show me! They are the perfect size, I'm just sick of standing on the bl00dy little things 🙄😏
