Oh I make it on the cook top as we don't have a microwave but it takes a lot of attention and it's very easy to burn.
Maybe it can a be a pressie under the tree for the family?

You will love it- such a useful appliance! You'll all have popcorn overload in no time! The kids will be able to make it themselves (if they're over 6)

I have a popcorn maker and it's so good. Bought mine from target ages ago when it was on sale for $9!

That advent tree looks really good! Wondering what sort of things to put in there?

Freddo frogs. Mini candy canes, smarties etc. For older kids shopkin and small match box cars.
Or could link it to a book advent calender by each box containing a clue to where to find that book. Or even which book you are going to read.

    A little Christmas decoration prep
I can't find a star for the tree that I like so I bought this plain one and I'll jazzle the feck out of it myself.

Please be very careful with those snow globes. My 21 month old was holding one in the shop and it broke in his little hand and glass cut him. They glass is so thin.

    I know! I hate them.
Every single globe that was ever brought into this house has smashed but the kids wouldn't leave without them. They're for the Christmas dinner table decor and that's it.
Why don't they make plastic ones instead?
    They're kiddy magnets.
