I answered in the March thread hun. Hopefully you'll know in the next couple of days one way or another - I'd keep dtd every other day though just in case

AFM CD10 - my children are on the mend. I am looking forward to some quality time with DH over the next week or so EWCM today and yesterday so hopefully O is not too far away!

I'm feeling pretty low at the moment

Please don't quote, I will delete later on.

I'm meant to start clomid my next cycle. Its my first clomid cycle with my new fertility specialist and he does it very different to my last. Its a bit overwhelming the amount of meds that i'll be taking. I'm really nervous about how its going to go.

I thought we were catching a break as it looks like i'm about to ovulate (first time my cycle has been less than 100 days in a at least 12 months). I was hoping that we may be able to fall naturally this cycle and not have to worry about the clomid cycle. ...

I'm feeling pretty upset and, at the same time, I just want to yell at him. I know its silly and but I just feel so much resentment because I'm the one taking all the drugs and feeling sick all the time, i'm the one having the regular blood tests, getting needles and I'm the one who has to suffer through the clomid cycle coming up.

I have no one to talk to about this. Of course I cannot say anything to DH. I just want to cry.

Big hugs. We had that a few times in my cycles on clomid. It's so stressful. I just kept DP up to date on my chart and opks. I didn't tell him we needed to dtd.

With my current pregnancy we were very lucky and dtd day of o. Closest dtd before o was 5 days before o. I didn't think we would get another one in.

I'm currently sitting at CD12 I've been feeling ok since taking clomid other than crazy dreams every night..

I've also been getting a lot of pinching feelings around my ovary area I don't know if that's a good sign that its working? Its still too early for ovulation though.

I took an OPK yesterday and the light was fairly light not sure if this means I'm going to ovulate in the next couple of days or week or if it means nothing at all? I don't use ovulation test and when I did it was just the smiley face one so not really sure how to read these ones.

With those OPK's you *should* get a surge in the next couple of days and the test line will be as dark or darker than the control line - then you will hopefully ovulate in the next day or two after that.

Default TTC No 1 with PCOS chat #7

Hi all, hoping someone can help me understand if metformin (or something else?) is possibly the key for me?

After almost 2years of TTC (1 natural BFP followed by MC), I've done full circle through all sorts of immune protocols-it wasn't until I pulled my own blood tests that I realised my LH is off the charts:

    CD 11 (LH 55, E 649, P 0.5)
    CD 13 (LH 70, E 826, P 2)
    CD 14 (LH 111, E 753, P 5.7)

My glucose challenge test results were normal, ultrasounds have shown I don't have PCO apparently..

My AMH is also sky high at 70.

Planning on getting day 3 FSH:LH tested next few days & insisting on metformin...

Personally for me first month of metaformin and clomid helped for me I got my first BFP first month.. I do wonder if I would have been ok with just the metaformin i guess it wouldn't hurt to speak to your doctor about it
