Hi lovebird, I am also in the same boat as you and interested in the answers. Just on my final day of Provera now so in a couple of days time (hopefully) I'll be phoning the clinic on CD1 to book an appointment. I'll find out all the details then but in the meantime if anyone has wisdom to share that'd be great! With mine, I do know that you go in in the morning for blood and ultrasound and they call you in the afternoon with the results. What I don't know though is if you just go in once, or you do this every day for several days?

When being monitored, they take your bloods first around CD12, if estrogen is elevated they have you go in 2 days later for scan, if estrogen is low they wait another 2 days and repeat bloods until estrogen is at a good level. Expect when going for the scan to see multiple dominant follicles, this doesn't necessarily mean you will fertilize any of them but it's something to consider. Usually you will get a HCG shot to take home with you once there are dominant follicles present, this will release the egg - then you get busy!

Thanks no3, that's really helpful info! I did ask my FS about a trigger shot and he said that for the first cycle we'd try it without it as maybe I will ovulate on my own. (I think that's what he said anyway, there was so much info!). I guess I'll clarify with the clinic when I attend.

Lol I tested on a IC stick and got the faintest of lines there. Brought proper ones to test either tomorrow or next day. All I feel is bloated though. Nothing else

Two lines miss? No way! OMG, you can't leave it 2 days to test, that's just not fair (on me )
