    Default 8DPT negative HPT

    Evening everyone,
I have had Femara and had my HcG trigger shot 8 days ago.
I took a HPT this evening and it came back negative 😔
I have had a really dull cramp but nothing too painful-could this be AF or implantation
Is this a correct indication of a BFN or is it just indicating that HcG is out of my system or too early to detect a pregnancy?
Any comments/experiences similar would be great to hear about
I'm going crazy with all possibilities and going insane reading into everything 😔
I'm due to have BT in 6 days times.
    Thanks in advance

8dpt I'm assuming is "days past trigger" in this situation. In that case, it's FAR too early for a pregnancy test, and yes, it just means the trigger is out of your system. The good news is that if you test from now on you know that any line you might get is the real deal and not a false positive.

    Good luck.

Oh and you will drive yourself bonkers symptom-spotting, I know I did, but I can say from experience that true pregnancy symptoms before AF is due are a lot rarer than people would have you believe.
