    Default Best pregnancy supplement (also have low iron )??

    So just found out today I'm pregnant ...still in shock since it isn't planned !!!
    by calculation about 6 weeks.
    any way just wondering for any recommendations for good pregnancy supplement ?? I also have low iron so will be taking iron tablets too.
    last time i took blackmore but the tablets are so big that i felt they were getting stuck in my throat!

    I discovered that they've actually made the capsules smaller now - was a pleasant surprise as I remember in my first pregnancy they were so large! They may be ok for you now.

    Yes I still say blackmores are best and it's true they are smaller, you just have to take 2.

    its been 4 yrs since I had them so will try again!

    Oh gosh am so nervous ..i was just getting used to managing a preschooler!! now back to the baby mood !

    I know what you mean! I just had my second - the first is 4yrs - I totally forgot what to do with a newbie but it's slowly flooding back.

    Thanks! Gosh I had just packed away the nappy bag, pram, bassinett, rocker...well..DH is going to have a busy time unpacking and cleaning it all!!
    I'm happy about the age gap..DD is old enough to enjoy a younger sibling now without worrying about rivalry
