@Kelly70 That's great news Luv r.e your hycosy results Good!! You can strike that off your list now

Good to see there's still action happening in your follicles and the medicated Cycle is probably the way to go too. Had to about finding yourself being booked in to do a Cycle as soon as AF arrives

Speaking of which, "AF..where the bloody hell are you??" Yes, doing a medicated Cycle will control everything in that regard Luv You could start the DHEA now in preparation of when AF arrives and you begin your Cycle as for the Vitex, I've read on a couple of forums where it's been advised to stop it when using FSH but if in doubt check with the Clinic Luv and see

Absofreakinglutely get a "3 way" going with DB as well!!!! It's called "maximising your chances" in my book!!!

I'm a bit dumbfounded by what your clinic has said @Jem70
If this is really the case why would anyone use donor sperm if their embryos can just be declared unusable?? How awful.

I wonder if this is not a standard clause but instead the new partner kicking up a fuss and threatening a legal challenge...

    @ScubaGal how's Bub!

ok ladies have read the paperwork and the donor can withdraw consent for use of embryos.

i guess know of us really think about that. However no mention whatsoever of their partner having rights or consent.

the whole thing is very confusing! So I can only wait and hope. Pretty awful realisation though.

@Jem70 Glad you made it home safely Luv😊

Whaaaaat?? Then what's the frucking point in going the donor route if effectively you have no bloody rights at all once an embryo's been created??

Where are your rights?? It's frucking ridiculous @ totally unfair!!

I still maintain that little clause should've been disclosed in your counselling session for how can you give informed consent without all the relevant facts?? On the other hand, it's in the contract which has been signed so no doubt you're up shiz creek without a paddle if you were to try to challenge them.

I'd prob still be inclined to get some advice just to make sure especially about the new spouse having a say as that's not in your contract!! Still really bloody outraged about it on your behalf Luv!!!😬

    Hi Girls. No AF
😕bloods back and definitely peri-menopausal now. FSH has sky rocketed to 105, AMH 0.1, oestradiol <43, progesterone <1

All I can think is go on as before not thinking about 'trying' to fall pregnant. My results only 3 months ago would have been similar and I got a BFP.

My doctor said with long irregular cycles now, IF I'm going to ovulate those last few eggs that remain it could be at any point of the cycle. Then again I may have zero eggs now.

What will be will be x

@missybear Oh Luv, I'm sorry. It must have felt like a harpoon to the heart to hear it

Goddamn frucking perimenopause and getting older!!!! Yes Luv, all you can do is keep on shagging on a regular basis (which I know is not going to be a chore with your man!!) and hope for the best

It's happened once, it can happen again as like your doctor said, there's no way of knowing how many eggs you got left in your basket Luv If you had zero eggs you'd be in full blown Menopause Luv and you're not, so there's still hope

I'll be and sending prayers to the Universe that you get your BFP asap!!!!xoxox

    Default Starting IVF Mar/Apr 2014 - aged 43, single #4

@missybear - hard news to hear, but plenty of women in peri menopause have had babies (our other Kel @Kellyk77 being one) and as blonde said, you were literally just pregnant, so you CAN do it lady. Are you back on the vitex?

Speaking of vitex, omg - just had ewcm and have sore boobs and bloating - I'm thinking my body counted that brief bleed I had 2 weeks ago after ovulation as a period and I am now actually about to ovulate again!! Argh and I stopped the vitex a few days ago hoping to bring on AF. I've not seen ewcm in a long long time so this will be the super ovulation powers of vitex I suspect - better get straight back on it and am trying to tee up DB at the moment. Keen to do an opk ASAP too... Argh!!
