    Thanks @Corbes, that's really sweet of you. I saw the 2 follicles on each ovary so I don't think there were any sneaky ones hiding in there. Not that I'm qualified to read an ultrasound of course! It just really p*sses me off that I had 3 x 10mm follies on my CD3 baseline scan & today's result was so abysmal. Super duper good luck for your EPU. I hope after you've had a few days to recover that you start to feel more comfortable, and then of course you start seeing double lines!

    @Tahli Yep..that's what he does as he believes it results in more uniform @ even follicle growth.

    All FS's have their way/preferences of doing things @ they all have different belief systems where certain issues are concerned (such as immune issues for eg). It's why a lot of Girls end up going elsewhere for 2nd opinions @ such. An open minded FS does help.

    Ok..all you can do is sit tight @ wait to see how things are looking Fri Luv.

    Am crossing fingers @ saying prayers to the Universe for your follies to get growing!!!😊

    @Tahli don't give up hope - I didn't have anything over 10mm at CD6! By my later cycles I refused to scan until CD8 to avoid the disappointment. Follies can grow up to 2mm per day so hold tight until Friday. Good luck!

    @BlondeinBrisvegas I'm posting today with a much better attitude, more assertive fighter mode rather than throwing in the towel & just accepting a cancelled cycle on CD6! Sorry I fell in a hole yesterday. I've spent too much money not to give these 4 follicles more of a chance.
    When I asked my FN about upping my FSH she said the follicles are like sponges & they don't really absorb anything over 450, the excess FSH just drains away because the sponges are full. She said she hasn't really seen more successful outcomes by upping FSH over 450. Ok, so that said, I'm thinking about upping it myself if I get through my CD8 scan & bloods tomorrow. Would you do it? I'm thinking about doing it for 3 nights before being rescanned on CD11 Monday morning. Insane to even contemplate it?! I'm not ready to stop stimming tomorrow. Continuing to stim through the w.end makes no difference to them. It's just an extra scan & bloods on Monday. Plus I'm certainly not at risk of being over stimmed.
    @Jem70 that sounds like really good advice & thanks for the words of encouragement. I looked up my notes from when I did IVF 7 yrs ago. My 1st scan wasn't until CD8.

    @Tahli I'd do it only if it looked like the Cycle was going to be cancelled because then you've got nothing to lose!!

    In saying that, you'd probably have to adjust both the Gonal-F and Menopur. I wouldn't do anymore than an extra 100IU in total. What I can tell you is that Wazza liked both meds to be the same dosage pretty much and to take them on alternative days.

    Anyhoo..in theory you could leave the Gonal-F as is and just increase the Menopur if you had enough or else do slight increases to both Hang tight until you have your scan tomorrow and get your BT results ok Luv??

    I shall await your update

    @BlondeinBrisvegas
    I'm back on the early menopause train😟AF never started, spotting for 2hrs then nothing, raging hot flashes and terrible night sweats, that's what 3 months of no vitex or evening primrose does for me! CD 35 😕Anyway, hoping I can get it under control again, once AF shows it's head properly I'll be happier. Any other advice from ladies that were perimenopausal greatly appreciated😊

    @missybear Hurry the fruck up AF!!! Although I'm not peri-meno yet, I know quite a few of the Girls have had success doing acupuncture to get their hormones/Cycles back in order. Some have also had success with TCM as well.

    Have you tried either of those before?? the biatch shows up asap!!!

    Yep @BlondeinBrisvegas, did those following IVF, didn't appear to do anything for me but vitex and primrose oil did, then I fell pregnant when we were no longer trying👐so there you go, hopefully it'll work again, I'm feeling confident I'm only 3 months older than last BFP Lol😉
