Default Do you own A Maxi Cosi Euro car seat?

If you have one of these seats please read this
    http://www.raa.com.au/motoring-and-r...ws/latest-news

Please circulate this info via social media, mothers groups, other forums etc so that as many people as possible are aware of this. At the moment Dorel (makers of Maxi Cosi) has not issued a recall or a press release so there are a lot of parents out there that may not know they have a faulty car seat or a using a restraint that has not been certified as yet.

Another place you can find info on this is the facebook page Child restraints. Is your child restrained correctly?

Apparently stores such as Baby Bunting have started pulling these seats from sale and are providing refunds if you have one of the uncertified seats. Dorel is providing a replacement cover to those with the fault. You may also be able to get a refund on those seats as well at the discretion of your store of purchase.

PLEASE spread the word about this. Children's lives could be at risk.

Thanks for sharing, such important info to be aware of!

I'm looking at purchasing a car seat at the moment and read about this last night. I have to say, it's certainly turned me off purchasing a maxi cosi at this point in time! The euro was in contention but not anymore. Think I'll stick to safe n sound

Thanks @MrsErinR I did do a search but nothing came up. The more people that see it the better I guess.
