Maybe he is just not ready yet. I would forget about it for a few weeks and then try again. Good luck.

    Default Toilet training stubborn 3yo

I'm so excited I can't hold it in. Guess what happened today. My DS decided to take his nappy off throw it on the floor and sit on the toilet at playgroup this morning 👍 🙌 👏 he didn't do anything but he sat there for ages (didn't even want to get off for food lol) and he was pushing his willy down too so he knows what to do. I said so now we can keep trying the toilet at our house and when out etc. He says "no I just want to do it at playgroup" lol. And then when going to car he said now I can have a paw patrol sticker mummy (I said whenever he did a wee or sat on the toilet he would get a sticker ages ago like 2mths ago and he remembered)

I just had to tell u all as I'm sooooooo proud

Seems might have been short lived the excitement. Tried to get him to sit on the toilet using the steps and seat thing and screamed. I know he will get there soon but it seemed so positive yesterday and now not
