I gave DS and Dd a kinder surprise before dinner. Then Dd wouldn't sleep 😝

I frequently leave DS2 unsupervised and never seem to learn. The latest was the day he drank neat green cordial 24h after recovering from gastro - apparently his stomach wasn't quite 100% and I learnt how hard it is to wash foam couch cushions 😬

Yesterday we got soft serve cones through the Drive-thru at McDonald's. I decided Dd could have some in a sundae lid with a spoon. I knew she would get it everywhere but I was too lazy to spoon feed it to her so I let her do as she pleased. She got covered in it and I ran away so her dad had to clean it up.

Every time I leave the house... 'I probably won't need nappies and wipes.'

'Hey DS, if you finish your dinner I *might* find a little bit of chocolate for you.' Sheer desperation. Turns out DS doesn't understand the meaning of the word 'might' yet.

I went to movie world today and bought two of those refillable soft drinks to share between 5 people. Obviously not great for anyone. But I didn't think about the bladders... So many toilet trips. Driving home my DD1 needed to pee and climbed out through the front and peed all over my seat. So much wee. I had to wipe it up with DD2s spare clothes. Thankfully leather seats!

I smelled like a urinal when I got home.

Default Not so serious poor parenting decisions.

This is so me! I also never bring a change of clothes, the other day I had to cart my soaking wet child through woolworths to buy a pair of tights, they were a size too small but they did the job.
