For years I have been battling depression and anxiety . I got on top of my depression a couple of years ago but after years of being a single parent, not being able to find a life partner, money issues, loneliness, job stress my anxiety began spiraling out of control a year ago.
Anyway oddly enough on Facebook it was recommended I check out a website called mind spot, an online treatment programe for depression and or anxiety. You do a series or tests to determine your level of symptoms and from there you slot into the next available programe , read your set of lessons for the week and do the exercises. You are rung once a week by a counsellor or you can opt for the private message feature. Really simple and user friendly. And it's free!
