I had a great day yesterday, and today. And that's with a block of chocolate in the pantry that I've had a few square of, then left well alone. Funny how there's days we can do it. Let's keep it up.

Hi girls. I'm joining this discussion. I have a binge eating problem at night. I eat really well during the day with no problem. Dinner is fine. It's all downhill from there.

I haven't always had this issue. It began when I had hip surgery 2 years ago and had to stop dancing (semi-professionally). I am a dance teacher. I still do that. It was subtle at first but by the end of that year I noticed a big shift in my eating. I thought I handled the injury and it's consequences well but it seems not.

I'm not overweight. I'm about 3kg heavier than before the surgery. The only thing that keeps the weight off is the fact that I exercise a lot. Any day I'm not teaching I run. I enjoy exercising, I feel insane if I don't.

Sorry for the novel. I've just eaten chocolate, vegie chips and rice crackers with avocado for absolutely no reason. I'm not hungry at all. 😣😣😣

My binge was rather small tonight:

    Today's food:

Rice bubbles with banana and a coffee

Half a ham egg and cheese salad wrap and coffee

    Small beef stir fry

    Binge: 3 coffee raisin biscuits
    Handful wasabe peas
    A banana

I would say this is pretty much a normal day, as long as I don't continue into the night..
