As for today I've taken the kids out since early to this big park with several playgrounds, cows along the back fence, ducks, galahs and a lake- we've been walking around the lake with our dog looking at and talkig to the cows- checking out the ducks and swans and watching them play on the playground- I'm already hungry! I had cornflakes with milk for breakfast and some grapes plus a coffee and am looking forward to buying a roast chook from woolies later and doing up a fresh salad to eat with the kids when we head back
Getting out helps! I really need to get them outside every weekend- my eldest wants to try this New Mexican restaurant tomorow so I need to also tell myself that's ok too- it's not all or nothing! Just balancing good choices with exercise and the yummy stuff- and cutting down the binging sessions..
