    Hi all just about to head into back to back meetings. I feel good today. 6 eggs were mature all injected and 3 fertilised. We usually get poorer fert result due to tesa to get tge swimmers. Maybe the double trigger helped with maturity.

    @midnite01 That's a good result Luv...Yay!!!😊

    Fertilisation is more difficult with TESA extracted sperm due to not being fully mature.

    Maybe it did help Luv...looks like it hasn't hurt to do it!! Fingers crossed @ Babydust your embies keep on growing!!😊

    I didn't tip them, I got sick of tipping for silly things like that as I was often just using my card. Dinner etc, fair enough...

    Lol Tuxcat! No I had to get dressed today as my mum and niece were coming and we went to the cafe. So I used one of your tricks, black tights (stretchy and comfy on tummy wounds) with overcoat, flanno shirt! Ha ha mum looked stylish and I looked like a hobo! Goodluck with the tax, I just did last year's I'm so bad with paperwork.

    Good one midnite!

    You POAS Lucky?

    Default IVF over 40 #14

    Haven't Poas yet, but now the anticipation is killing me. I was thinking today I should just wait till the blood test, and get them to ring hubby with the results, that way I'm putting off disappointment. On the other hand I could pee on a stick tomorrow, and be pretty confident with the results if it was a first response. But I would still want to do a blood test on Saturday. But I probably wouldn't really believe it till the BT Saturday. Aaah, I hate this. What do you think I should do girls, should I wait till the blood test and be PUPO till then. Just calculated our bill yesterday after Medicare. $5000 as the growth hormone was so expensive. We could have gone to Fiji for that amount with the kids, although I wouldn't take money off our mortgage for that. But still another reason why this is our last cycle. We have two great boys and am totally blessed so time to focus on them.

    But we will do foster care training next year. There are a lot of kids who need a family and I like parenting not just birthing..
