    Default 2 year sleep regression

What did your toddler do while going through the sleep regression? How long did it last?
DD is 21 months - is it too early for her to bed going through this as she isn't 2 yet?
She wakes at 4-5am every morning! Tried everything and can't work it out! Plus I have an 8 week old little one yo add to the mix!

Yes both kids went thru crappy sleep 18-24mths. Dd1 was worse but only marginally as I had a baby as well.

I followed dr sears advice on the 18mth sleep regression and it worked here very well both times. He has pretty good advice.

wifey of hubby who is always away. mother of two girls who are always amusing.

The baby sleep book by dr William Sears. Or you can ask questions on his fb page or website.
