Default Unexplained recurrent chemical pregnancies anyone?

I was wondering if there was anyone in a similar spot that may have found something that worked to treat unexplained recurrent miscarriage?

I'm pcos, partner has very low sperm count. I still have a regular cycle and O most months, IVF for male factor. 1 fresh transfer and 2 single frozen transfers - 3 early losses/chemical pregnancies. Then we somehow got an amazing surprise baby on a Clomid cycle while I was tracking do an endo biopsy.

Now ttc number 2, have been trying on our own for about 12 months or so but not expecting anything. I had a faint chem in jan (faint lines on frer pregnancy test that fade after 3 days). We're back at IVF now, same this cycle, frozen single blastie transfer and very faint chemical pregnancy line. So I'd say we are up to 5 chems now.

I'm on clexane, asprin, progesterone and steroids but I was wondering i anyone else had added anything else to the mix? Nk cells are just 2 points above normal, after all the testing panels nothing else has come back. I think it's an auto immune factor and my body is booting them.

    Thanks in advance!

I have also had 3 chemicals and 1miscarriAge at 7weeks, my 7week loss I was taking pred aspirin and clexane. But I have been diagnosed with high nk cells and positive ana so it's more than likely a immune issue.
To confirm this we have done pgd testing this cycle with results due back next week hopefully, have u considered doing pgd testing to make sure embryos are normal? I have mild PCo and like u ovulate most months but only have fallen preg on clomid and IVF cycle and a cancelled IVF cycle so I do have some hormonal factors that IVF or ovulation drugs seem to fix we will be doing stronger immune meds but before doing this I wanted to make sure it wasn't an egg issue due to my pco

I don't have immune issues, but I know my FS does Intralipid Infusions for that purpose. Many Girls here on BH have had them done. Could find out more on the Immune threads too no doubt.

    Good Luck!!

Thanks so much for the reply, we will probably do one more stim cycle and then do pgs on the one after that if we need to, it's def in the radar. Good luck for your cycle hope you get some great embryos.

Thanks I was looking into the intralipid infusion and I think I'll ask my fs about it. Shall check out the immune threads too.
