I'm genuinely interested in what @VicPark would do if it was the last nappy.

I would totally use it, even if I was a millionaire and had a whole packet of nappies with me. How is this even a dilemma?

I certainly wouldn't throw my undies in the bin and go commando!

Genuine question to those in the 'bin it' camp: what are you worried will happen because of the germs?

I think this is different. Changing tables aren't generally where people use a toilet, they are outside that part near sinks. So while I would use a nappy that has dropped on the floor where people walk I probably would not wear undies that had dropped on the floor next to a toilet.

Use it. I have never heard of a baby contracting anything from having a nappy that fell on the ground and then been used on them.

I would've used it. It's not like you're getting your child to lick it.

I would've used it but I did guess you binned it (or wanted to). I'm pretty clumsy and I only pack three nappies in the nappy bag so I'd be screwed if I chucked them every time I dropped one in a parents' room!

I wouldn't have thought twice and used it.
