@Charlie74, where can I get the prescription for melatonin? Would LB prescribe it?
I read some medical journals and they suggest

To improve egg quality
Im by no mean an expert either
But came from published medicak journal
I'm 32. I'll ask her when I see her next time. Does it give you better sleep at night?
I just read from iherb that caratine is not suitable for people who have thyroid problem. I don't really have a problem, but my TSH is a bit higher than 2.5, which is not ideal for ttc. Not sure if I can still take it or not. Ahhhh... So confused@@
@PreciousHeart how do you take your progesterone? Injections pessary or oral? X
@SophJ i have had psoriasis (thats what it was diagnosed as by my gp) but i think sometimes it looks more like uticaria and since inhave been gluten free (3weeks now) it has cleared up on my chest and improving on my legs. Im still not sure if it all from going gf or from the float tank thing i did with strong epsom salty water but im happy its clearing up and im hoping going gf will improve my immune system problems. My cd56+ is 27.5% in uterus. I think thats high? Not sure?
Ladies what does melatonin do? And why is one form of coq10 better then the other? Thanks
That being said I went with the CoQ10 (BC brand) and saved myself close to 50% :/

Yep thats it
But make sure you do not buy acetyl carnitine its totally different make up
Carnitine is for cell development
Vitamin E is for lining
I just started taking it the day it arrived in the mail
I didn't start at any particular time
Thanks hun.. would you consider the NOW brand, 1000mg Caratine and Gamma-E to be suitable? Or is there a specific brand people use?
Pregnant for the first-time?
Not sure where to start? We can help!
