I'm 32. I'll ask her when I see her next time. Does it give you better sleep at night?

I just read from iherb that caratine is not suitable for people who have thyroid problem. I don't really have a problem, but my TSH is a bit higher than 2.5, which is not ideal for ttc. Not sure if I can still take it or not. Ahhhh... So confused@@

@PreciousHeart how do you take your progesterone? Injections pessary or oral? X
@SophJ i have had psoriasis (thats what it was diagnosed as by my gp) but i think sometimes it looks more like uticaria and since inhave been gluten free (3weeks now) it has cleared up on my chest and improving on my legs. Im still not sure if it all from going gf or from the float tank thing i did with strong epsom salty water but im happy its clearing up and im hoping going gf will improve my immune system problems. My cd56+ is 27.5% in uterus. I think thats high? Not sure?

True, however I’ve also read each active ingredient in the CoQ10 vs. CoQ10 ubiquinol, and there is zero difference. Does anyone know where the (hidden) active ingredient lies, and why, if it’s more beneficial for over 35’s (I’m almost 33 and considering starting on it) it’s not listed?

That being said I went with the CoQ10 (BC brand) and saved myself close to 50% :/

Ubiquinol is the best form of CoQ10. It is 'bio available' which means your body doesn't have to break it down and change it to be able to use it.
And I see you've just answered my very question! Interesting...

The Caratine, I've looked on iHerb and can only find a drug labelled Carnitine - is this it? Are the vit E and caratine taken every day of your cycle or from AF to O to assist with lining?

    Yep thats it

But make sure you do not buy acetyl carnitine its totally different make up

    Carnitine is for cell development

    Vitamin E is for lining

I just started taking it the day it arrived in the mail
I didn't start at any particular time
