Yes hancamp, I did, not sure if 01 and 05 but maybe, can't remember. The treatment is the same - LIT. It is often successful but sometimes not but that could be due to other issues. Are you with Dr M?

Hi JeeJee, you will need to be a part of this Natural Killer cell thread for a while before joining the FB group. Your posts on bubhub seem to be about psychic readings, if you have immune issues trying to fall pregnant please feel free to chat here and share your story so we get to know you.

Hi ! Precious heart thanks for reply. I am following this NK cell thread 2 weeks ago. I am turn to 38 next month and I had 4 times IVF and one time FET
    1. IVF overseas 01 /2013
    2. IVF in Genea with Dr Liberman 08/2014
    3. IVF in Primary with Dr MacDonald 02/2015
    4. IVF in Genea with Dr Lok 09/2015

    1. FET in Genea with Dr Lok 11/2015

In third time Primary IVF , I got BFP and after 6 weeks and half I had miscarriage . After I went to see Dr Lok in Genea . I told him about I want to do laparoscopic to make sure any endometriosis , so after I done laparoscopic on Augest 2015 with Dr Lok . He told me I have severe endometriosis . He suggested me to have IVF as soon as possible after laparoscopic . So I listen to him to straight away start my IVF again . Also I told him about I want to do PGD, so my 4th IVF time started and after I got 4 embryos ,but I only got a one blastocyst day5 sent to PGD , the other blastocyst slow growing ,so lost chance to send to PGD and became frozen embryo . The other two fresh embryos till day 2-3 , they told me to do embryos transfer as soon as possible , but I alway have problem with embryos quality ,my embryos grade and quality always between B and C which means are not good quality . Anyway, so I done 4 th fresh embryos transfer and next month November of 2015 again I done one frozen embryo transfer without PGD that one. All failed cycle with Dr Lok . So I only got one PGD frozen embryo now , but I don't want to do transfer again and I am afraid to fail again . And also in last FET before I done scratch endometrial biopsy with Dr Lok . After my biopsy report came out . He didn't told me about my NK cell was high . and until last year end of December . I showed my NK cell report to one of my friend . And she told me better to see Dr Gamal . So last week I saw Dr M and showed to him all of my IVF report and about my NK cell report from biopsy . He told me to do some blood test about NK cell and also HLA DQ A and DQB for me and my hubby . I hope I can get some luck for this year and most hurtful thing is no one can understand my pain and I have to keep these things in my mind .

    Default DQ alpha match

Where can you get the DQ alpha match in Canberra or Brisbane? Could this be what's going on for me. I have 7 miscarriages, 3 living children, currently pregnant with a health heart beat but not feeling sick and betas were slow to rise so I'm not sure what this pregnancy will do. Feeling ambivalent.

What is the best way to get in touch with Dr M? I find i am always chasing down G and i dont know who to ask with all my questions. I have emailed him but i dont know if he has time to read and reply. Does anyone ever get to speak to his nurse? Does he even have a nurse? Goodluck to jojoniss xx
We just rang and got his receptionist for a phone consult but that was very easy. Have you had problems since you have met up with him? I hope not I couldn't cope him telling us he can help and then not get back with what we need to do!! We are in Melbourne and couldn't afford to travel backwards and forwards to see him. Good luck ECM1981. May I ask what your match is with your husband?

Hi jojo, its frustrating for sure. I spoke to G yesterday and asked her to book us in for our 2 LIT treatments. She said she would take a look and get back to me. I sent Dr M an email with some questions but have not got a reply. Im trying not to get too stressed and am just focusing on booking our LIT and also will tey writing down all the questions i want to ask him when we see him for LIT. @PreciousHeart has been a great wealth of knowledge and so has @SalSA2015. I dont know what matches we have which is because of the type of test we got here in Perth. He had to write it in such a way that they were testing for HLA phenotyping for coeliacs. He said its the only way to get some results from labs in Perth without having me go over to sydney. When i asked him to send me the results he said i can just go to any doctor and they should have access to the results. Annoying because thats another appointment and bill to pay! So technically i have not had the full Dq alpha match testing, only part of it. But the results were enough for him to see that we have some matching parts and need LIT. He said we can get the fulk test when we go over to sydney but that the treatment would be the same. Im not sure we can afford to add the full test to our list of things even though i would like to know. But our budget for this next cycle so far including overseas donor and travel is up at approx 25k! Shiiiiiiit! What is your plan Jojoniss? Will you be trying the LIT and are you using your own eggs? Sorry i cant remember. Xx
