    Hi Lulee

My CD57 was 11% before my transfer, Dr M said still high, need one more intralipid before transfer. So I did intralipid before transfer, and repeat intralipid every 4-6 weeks after positive. I did blood test at 19 weeks, my CD57 was 32% even with intralipid, clexane and prednisone. So I have to have more intralipid until 30 weeks. So it is your decision, but I would say you should do it even though it is expensive.

Hi Hopeful59- only one embie transferred for me....ended up with triplets to begin with but unfortunately only 2 were viable.

My FS was against any more than one being transferred and is suspicious that we broke the rules and did the deed without protection prior to transfer, but I was actually away the week I ovulated, so not sure what to think!?

I would do the intralipid Lulee - imagine how much more it will cost if you have a miscarriage... dr M wouldn't advise it if you don't need it. I've had 2 misses at 7 weeks before immune treatment was known to me.
Legwarmer is a friend of mine & had her little one through first go with dr M after 8 years of nothing, she did intralipid... Have a look back a few pages, she wrote her whole story & protocol around a week ago on this thread. Good luck & just go for it. I can promise you if it goes wrong & you didn't do it, your hubby & you will be devastated & end up doing it anyway. Dr M knows his stuff, my old genea FS stonewalled me on everything - cost us 4 blasts, a year & $40k. Congrats on your pregnancy by the way!!! Be strong, good luck! There's lots of evidence lipids help, just do it! Xx

Thank you so much to everyone that replied, I really appreciate it. Dr M only suggested it as an option after I queried if it's something I should be doing (after reading this thread). I only had my first phone consult with him a week ago when I found out I was pregnant so am still waiting on blood results so at this stage we don't really know if intralipids will be able to make a difference, it's more of a precautionary measure which I am more than happy to do. As this is the first pregnancy that I am on any medication at all, hubby feels very strongly that we should see if this works and then if it doesn't try intralipids from the start next time. Sorry it will be Saturday if I have them (hoping my bloods come in by tomorrow to help make a decision, although they probably won't). This decision has caused quite a bit of arguing between hubby and myself and it's just exhausting me even more I'll let you guys know what ends up happening.

Hi, just jumping in here. I have found a place in Randwick that does intralipids for $290 through my SIL who was looking at getting an iron infusion. I called them and she said pretty much you can call them and get it the next day (except Saturdays are usually booked out a bit in advance). Only problem is you need a script from your FS/specialist. I am stressing as my FS doesnt think I need intralipids/pred (have just changed FS and did 2 cycles with D M) but I really want to have at least the intralipid but unable to get a script (am currently day 12 on a fet cycle so it's crunchtime!) Wondering if I could get a script from a GP, I doubt it.
Thought you all may be interested as $290 is so much cheaper than $650 + hospital excess (mine = $500). She said it takes a few hours. Forgot to ask about the saline before but I think it is not much more.

@ECM1981: have you called Red Cross? I thi k that's where all other ladies have done theirs.
@MAYFLOWER: do u know the dosage? Some places will offer cheaper intralipid but not the full 500ml.
