Still stark white BFN today 6dp5dt. FRER is something like 87% accurate today, so it's pretty much all over. Plus my boobs have lost their progesterone tenderness, which is always my first indicator that it hasn't worked.

Will still test tonight and tomorrow morning, but just to confirm what I already know.

Sucks that now we have no plan. I go back to England in a week, then wait wait wait for months/years until we're in a situation in which we can try again.

Sorry to hear your not seeing double lines @Sariele. I hope you just have a late implanter! If it doesn't work out, can't you try again back in England?

Ah Sariele I understand your frustration and pain. I think having a next step is what always makes the grief just slightly easier to deal with. Is there any chance you can have ivf in England?

I haven't done another poas. I did one 5dp but know in my gut it hasn't been successful again. I'm considering changing to a higher cost clinic to go for one last stim cycle before the end of the year to save on costs in the long term but I'm scared that extra drugs won't necessarily help me. I need to find the right fs that can deal with my immune issues. It's so hard to be back at square one.

It's really hard to manage your emotions at this time Sariele but know you can let them out on here xx

That's what I'm going to do too caeserdust. I have 2 FET left and then am going to change to a high cost clinic ( currently at a low cost one) to get one more stim cycle in before then end of the year. The pricing is scary but if it works quickly then so worth it!
I find the low cost one I'm at at the moment not hands on at all and kind of a one size fits all approach. Is yours like that?

The low cost clinic I'm at haven't really asked the questions they should've when things weren't working. I'm really annoyed it took 4 transfers to get to this point and it makes me sad thinking of those embryos that were not even given a chance because of it. I'm hoping the higher cost clinic will adopt a different approach and the consistent fs will help. Being bounced from one fs to the next and a different nurse each time makes it really impersonal. I'm hoping my body responds as good or better on higher doses as the lost cost clinic only aims for at least 1 embryo to transfer. They freeze only at day 5/6. Is this what yours does?

Can ask you ladies what is considered low cost? Mine isn't low cost but I wonder how it compares with pricing.

We paid $450 for our first assessment with the FS (we got back $250 of that after the first cycle) then $3200 for our cycle including meds, and $550 for the sleep doctor (I can't spell of say that word) plus hospital bed fees etc.

Mine sound similar. They don't ask a lot of questions, no real follow up after failed cycles and I kind of feel lost in the system. They do aim for as many eggs as possible though and I think they freeze at day 3 or 5 ( aiming of course for day 5).

In your 4 cycles what type did u do? One stim and the rest FET?

I've done 2 stim cycles and 2 fets. My clinic uses a low dose of drugs which reduces the cost however I still respond quite well. The first stim yielded 8 eggs. I think 4 fertilised and 1 made it to day 3 and was transferred. None to freeze. 2nd stim 9 eggs 7 fertilised 1 day 3 transferred and 2 day 6 frozen. It costs me about 1,500-2,000 out of pocket give or take after reaching the Medicare cap. How about yours?
