I don't keep mine in the fridge. I only put them in the fridge if it is hot weather so they don't 'melt' That was my advice from pharmacist 😊

Any advice etc always greatly appreciated x
It's so hard not to read into every little thing!! I think I've had a bit of twinges but I'm ignoring it all... Trying not to stir myself crazy and just stay positive... TWW is a crazy ride 😝

It sure is! Time is passing at snail's pace 😀 I'm trying really hard to stay positive too... Hopefully it is the lucky month for us both! 🌠

I'm flailing a bit fingers crossed tbh but thank you for asking. I'm reading Dr Beers book 'is my body baby friendly' and realising there's so many reasons this recent transfer won't work I'm finding it impossible to remain hopeful and I just so so want it to be. I'm angry my clinic has let it get to this point with no question. I so want to be one of those women who say it was fourth time lucky last embryo. I've also moved house today and the neighbours have two beautiful little girls. And another one of my ivf support group ladies has announced her pregnancy. The tears are flowing strong tonight 😢.

@fingerscrossed2015 - I had very strong cramping when my DS implanted on 3dp5dt. I'd say it's either a very good sign, or it's a progesterone symptom, which is also good!

Oh no 😢 you poor thing. It is so hard to not read too much into every little thing isn't it? I'm sure there are plenty of women who have felt like that and hand then had a successful cycle though... I know that I tell myself that. It can also seem like there are babies everywhere when you so desperately want your own. I know that since we have started trying my sister in law has had a little girl and is now pregnant with her second ... Which at times is tough. Moving is also exhausting! Try to look after yourself tonight. Be kind to you! X

I'm 3dp5dt also and today have had a headache all day, a really badly upset stomach & feeling like I could vomit at dinner! Hoping this is implantation also 😀

Fingerscrossed the 2Ww is a killer! Think of 2 weeks when u aren't doing IVF. It flys by! But on this journey it takes forever! Don't let it mess with your mind too much ( yay easy right haha!) each day u are one day closer

First bloods for my next FET tomorrow ( cycle day 9) so see what that will bring

Thanks Hopeful37 😀 Trying my best to stay positive and busy 😀
Good luck with your bloods tomorrow! I have never had a FET - how many bloods/scans do you have to have and do you have to take any meds? Sending positive vibes your way for a successful cycle 🌈
