We got fertilisation on previous cycles, poor but something at least (one on first cycle, two on the second one). Scientist said that sperm sample was really bad, most of them were agglutinated, and that some of the eggs weren't strong enough either to survive the process.
Oh Kookii 😓. How horrible... It must be so hard for you guys

We have MFI as well but we also appear to have egg quality issues as we only ever get B grade embryos

One thing that made us choose our clinic we are with now is they do High Digital Magnification of the sperm - normally they will look at it at about 300-400x their size but with the high mag they do it at 4000x their size... It costs an extra $250 but is totally worth it as we know the ones they use will be pretty much as perfect as they can get....

    Sending you big hugs xxxx

Kookii thinking of you with hearing that difficult news. That must be so hard to take. Hugs x

Afm booked in for the 9th for transfer. Was told the embryo is a day 6 'fair' graded one. Apparently this is like what many of you call a 'b'. My lining has been problematic also so not holding out hope for this one but still worth a try. I'm wondering if ignorance is bliss in this process now.

Good luck ladies. This thread is moving quickly with lots of motivating and inspiring stories. You are all wonderful so for all those who are hearing not so good news know that most of us have been there in some way or another and support you xxx

I think I'm out. I POAS this morning and it was negative :-(. I'm 9dp5dt. I'm supposed to officially test on Sunday but couldn't wait. Surely it would have shown up now ? I kind of feel like AF may be on it's way

    :-( :-(

Hey everyone. First time ICSI here and hoping to get some feedback on my scan this morning. I am currently CD 10 - meds for 7 days. Nurse said we need follies around 18-20mm but whilst I have quite a few at the moment (8 right and 12 left) the largest is only 10mm and most are around the 6mm size. I have given blood aswell and now just waiting for the nurses to call this afternoon. Any idea of what will happen? Increase meds, stay on them for longer? TIA
