Emby79 my friends with egg quality issues also take megafol (as do I) and colostrum tablets. Also eating eggs is apparently good for egg quality

Just wondering - have your ladies fertility specialists told you to take the extra vitamins/supplements?

I took all sorts for my first IVF rounds and my fertility specialist never told me to or stopped me and we got our BFP...I have a new specialist now and he told me to stop taking any supplements...he said there was no proven research blah blah but hmmm I'm not convinced but am doing it to make him happy.

I took CoQ10 for my FET that resulted in my DD. I had read somewhere it was good for circulation which is good for implantation. It's a heart vitamin so I'm assuming that's where the circulation part comes into it. Can't hurt to take it anyway as our bodies don't naturally produce it.
